Why we exist.
We've spent 20 years working in marketing and software for big brands and small shops alike. We saw the same thing every month: small businesses — neighborhood, freelancers, SMEs — paying huge fees for poor work, or burning out trying to do it themselves at 11 pm.
We started running pilots in 2023 with 5 businesses. Zero agency, just AI trained well. The first month we were already below what the worst agency charged. By month three, all 5 were billing more than with their previous agencies.

Today we are a 3-person team. 247 businesses use Kompa every day. No investors, no growth at any cost. We grow at the pace we can keep caring for each customer — the AI controls that, not us.
