We've spent 20 years working in marketing and software for big brands and small shops alike. We saw the same thing every month: small businesses — neighborhood, freelancers, SMEs — paying huge fees for poor work, or burning out trying to do it themselves at 11 pm.

So we set out to build the opposite: zero agency, just AI trained well — cheaper than the cheapest freelancer, and patient enough to learn how each business actually talks.

Today we are a 3-person team. We're opening Kompa to our first businesses now. No investors, no growth at any cost. We grow at the pace we can keep caring for each customer — the AI controls that, not us.
