What this page is for

Hey Kompa (operated by Welovroi S.L., Spain) helps businesses manage their digital presence, including conversations on the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. While doing so, we process some personal data tied to WhatsApp and Meta. This page explains exactly what that data is and how to have it deleted.

Data we hold via WhatsApp / Meta

  • Phone numbers of people who message a Hey Kompa business through WhatsApp.
  • Message content — the inbound WhatsApp conversations sent to the business (text and attachments), so the business can read and reply.
  • Brand profile — the account and brand information the business owner provides to operate their presence (business name, voice, connected channels).

We do not sell this data, and we only use it to provide the Hey Kompa service. Meta's own handling of WhatsApp data is governed by the WhatsApp Business Policy.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request".
  2. Include the WhatsApp phone number (in international format, e.g. +34 600 000 000) the data is associated with, so we can identify and locate it.
  3. If you're a business owner asking us to delete your whole account, say so — we'll remove your brand profile and connected data too.

What happens after you ask

You're never left wondering. Here's the process, step by step:

  1. We acknowledge it. As soon as we receive your request, we reply by email to confirm we've got it and that it's being processed — so you don't have to chase us or wonder whether it arrived.
  2. We verify and delete. We check the request is genuine, locate the data tied to your WhatsApp number, and delete it. This takes up to 30 days, though it's usually much faster.
  3. We confirm it's done. When the deletion is complete we email you a final confirmation. If any data must legally be kept (for example, billing records), we'll tell you exactly what and why.
